We don't offer phone support as we believe it wouldn't be possible to provide the same effective assistance over the phone.

Why we don't offer phone support:
We chose to keep our support online for a number of reasons:
  • We will often ask you to send screenshots to help us understand what is going on. Those screenshots contain valuable clues that are sometimes easily overlooked at first sight. They usually provide information that would have been missing in a phone conversation.
  • Online support keeps records in place. This allows us to analyze the information and zoom in on the cause by asking precise questions. It also ensures nothing gets lost which contributes to resolving your issue.
  • We might need to run tests, verify project files, reproduce unexpected behavior,... With an email query we can spend the appropriate amount of time looking into the issue and formulate a well supported response.
We understand that it might tempting to pick up your phone when you have questions, as you know you can get an instant response. We hope the points above help you understand that, in case of technical support like we offer, the quality of response would be lower.
